The Laboratory of Translational Gastroenterology main interests are in the field of digestive pathologies with the ambitious aim to address unmet clinical needs. The philosophy of our research project is to address clinical question arising for medical practice and that could benefit to patients and clinicians for improving patient management and care. The second axe of our research and collaborative works is to better understand the physiopathology of these complex digestive diseases. As in several pathological contexts, a personalized medicine appears to be the key for diagnosis issue, for better targeting the right patient for the right treatment to increase quality of care our general aims are within the biomarker discovery problematics.
